No Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available for online consultations. Once a consultation has been booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• This policy is in place to protect the time and expertise of our consultants. When you book a consultation, you are reserving the time of a qualified professional who has dedicated their time and expertise to helping you. Cancelling a consultation at the last minute can disrupt their schedule and prevent them from helping other clients.
• There are a few exceptions to this policy. If a consultation is cancelled due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, we may be able to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of booking your consultation. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
